Alden’s Energy Healing operates in NYC and greater Boston area, which is the stolen land that includes unceded Agawam, Massachusett, Naumkeag, Nipmuck, & Wampanoag lands, as well as the Lenape island of Mannahatta. As someone on this land, I am obliged to recognize the history of violence, appropriation, and genocide that has occurred to these people.

I, a reluctant grand-daughter of colonizers, + all constituents of Alden’s Energy Healing LLC honor and respect the Indigenous people of these lands and their descendants who still live on this land today.

While acknowledgment is a start, it is minimal compared to the harm done. We honor with gratitude the land itself and support those who continue to fight for it.
