My session was a wonderful, and powerful experience aiding me in working through trauma and uses of/holding onto energy that no longer serve me. The opportunity to connect with and experience Alden's healing gifts has been very supportive and (third) eye opening for me.I felt very safe in Alden's presence and while experiencing her healing practices. Her calm, warm, and capable energy allowed me to feel comfortable and free enough to receive the session and trust in Alden's facilitation.  I felt powerful and peaceful during the session, with insights into some energetic patterns in my system.  I really appreciated her nurturing way, and her verbal recap and card pulling post session, as well as offering me the choice if I wanted to sign off or chat post session.  Her email post session was so supportive, including meditation and sound bath links that corresponded to my chakra most in need of healing- they were very helpful as I integrated her healing applications. Her detailed notes regarding my session helped me have insight into my energetic field, with a gentle and empowering interpretation. Over all, it was a lovely healing experience where I felt very cared for, but also given space to experience for myself.I had never received crystal healing prior, and when I met Alden, even through a computer screen, I could sense her warmth, integrity, and caring spirit.  In Alden's care, I felt as though I could surrender and receive, and could feel her powerful gifts at work, as well as a powerful experience of my own energy.  When completed, I felt peaceful and already had significant insights into myself.  Post session, she detailed in notes our work together, during which I learned all of the dedicated, specific, and empowering applications of her knowledge during our session- which I could sense while experiencing the session.  From this, I also received major insights into my energetic system that helps me understand myself and how I can best care for myself.  And she even thoughtfully pulled a tarot card for me, as she felt called to, as well as sent supportive resources post session that were soothing and helpful.  I have had wonderful exchanges of experiencing myself as powerful and loving post session.  I am grateful for my experience with Alden, and to be connected with her and her gifts. –Melanie 9/10

The session was deeply healing and Alden helped me to recenter, ground myself, and heal.
